With the rapid development of network information technology and the high-speed flow of modern information, the birth of the micro-blog has aroused widespread concern. Micro-blog in china has been rapid popularization, and has become an indispensable part of the people’s study, life, the young people, especially college students has become the main users of the micro-blog, and it has become an important platform of college students in the exchange of ideas, dissemination of information, entertainment, and emotional catharsis. Micro-blog value reflected in the university ideological and political education have also been paid high attention by the ideological and political education. How to use micro-blog to carry out the practice of ideological and political education is an urgent need to study and conscientiously solve a major task.This research according to certain logical sequence, apart from the introduction and conclusion, mainly consists of three parts:The first part, basic overview of micro-blog and micro-blog’s influence upon college ideological and political education. Focus from the concept of micro-blog、functions and characteristics of micro-blog、micro-blog’s influence upon college ideological and political education to discuss in depth, so as there is a correct understanding of the micro-blog, and to lay the foundation for micro-blog in college ideological and political education. The second part, the feasibility of application of micro-blog in college ideological and political education and the difficulties faced. Mainly on expounded profoundly the feasibility of application of micro-blog in college ideological and political education, and further analysis micro-blog applied to the difficulties faced by college ideological and political education.The third part, the micro-blog application of the conditions to create in college ideological and political education. From practice, the main analysis of the four conditions of the micro-blog application:to increase the micro-blog publicity and training efforts for the right to divert、emphasis on micro-blog in the practice of ideological and political education, to strengthen the college students in media literacy education、to create micro-blog applied to the mechanism of protection in the ideological and political education.Finally is the conclusion. On the micro-blog applied in college ideological and political education research still has a lot of theory and practice to explore, looking forward to the academic community have better results.
