With the deep development of curriculum reform, The teaching reform ofChinese class should base on the students’ overall development and lifelongdevelopment. Every teacher need to think about how to cultivate students’Chinese accomplishment. The2011edition of Chinese curriculum standards ofcompulsory education for nine years shows that students are the subject oflearning. Chinese curriculum must pay attention to individual differences anddifferent learning demands and initiate the way of learning with autonomy,cooperation and exploration according to the students’ physical and mentaldevelopment and the characteristics of Chinese learning. In the Chinese teachingclasses which advocate that Teachers’ dominant the class, and the student is inthe dominant position. Chinese teaching class will efficiency and optimization ifthe students participate actively, think positively, answer quickly, performconfidently and elaborate the team spirit, it can avoid the current situation thatwaste of resources and low teaching efficiency.This study writes for four steps respectively according to the traceability-Interpretation-diagnosis-measures. It take the reform experiment of the Effectiveeducation in participatory organizations in Guangxi for example, with whichdiscuss the subject participation in the reform of the Chinese class. Firstly, theresearch which trace to its source, and redefine that the concept of relevant issues,such as the Effective education in participatory organizations and Subjectparticipation, and review finishing the theoretical basis of the related concepts. Secondly, it interprets the EEPO reform of the Chinese curriculum class bymeans of the questionnaire survey form in Guangxi. Thirdly, the researchdiagnosis deeply in the Chinese curriculum class, through which classroomobservation, interviews, case analysis and other forms, the research shows thatthe Students’ subject participation is related to the students’ non-intelligencefactor, and Key factors which affect the effectiveness of class teaching is theStudents’ participation. Finally, with the analysis and diagnosis of this study, weput forward measures in the last chapterBased on the above analysis, the study considers that the degree andquantity of students’ subject participation is influenced by many factors, thesubjective reasons is the student’s consciousness and non-intellectual factors, andthe objective reasons is teachers decentralize the learning initiative to thestudents and understand on the students’ consciousness.In the current teaching reform practice, there are many research articles, butit is mostly form theory, which less theoretical and practical research. The studyis an outcome of the innovation projects of Guangxi graduate education, Thestudy combine with the current hot issues in education of Guangxi and thenresearch and discuss by it, which is the innovation lies of the achievement.
