The shift of class management from looking at the class,managing the class to leading the class calls for the construction of class culture.The starting point of this paper is that the individualized differences in the construction of class culture bring different classroom teaching effects and all kinds of chaos in the construction of class culture.They constantly lead me to verify the current situation of the participation of all teachers and students in the construction of class culture,cause me to reflect on the participation of all teachers and students,and put forward suggestions for all teachers and students to participate in the construction of class culture.From the perspective of subject education theory,this study takes Class 2 of Grade5 of S Primary School as the research object,and collects the data of class culture construction of this class by the methods of observation and interview.Through the experience of apprenticeship and internship,the author records the class culture construction of Class 2 in five years,which is close to the traditional meaning at the beginning of the term,to highlight the class culture construction of students,and is based on the perspective of subject education.this change is analyzed from the four parts of material,system,spirit and behavior culture.Class 2 of five years,under the leadership of the new head teacher,from the class culture construction full of problems,such as the representation of material culture construction at the beginning of the term,the re-formulation of system culture construction,the unclear goal of spiritual culture construction,and the neglect of students' sociality in the construction of behavior culture,under the leadership of teacher G,taking teachers as the lead,students as the main body,teachers and students all and participating in the improvement measures of class culture construction,Theeffect of class culture construction in Class 2 of five years has been significantly improved.Based on the changes of the class culture construction,the author puts forward a sound strategy for teachers and students to participate in the class culture construction,with a view to the better development of the class culture construction.An excellent class with strong cohesion,high achievement and good discipline is the common expectation of every teacher,student and parent,and an excellent class is inseparable from good class management.We should attach importance to and strengthen the role of class culture construction in class management,which can promote the class from the class collective to the class community and improve the management quality of teachers.The author believes that the class will become better and better under the leadership of teacher G.
