In the highly competitive world nowadays,the race for economy and science technology between countries is actually the race of talent and education. There is a saying that"the hope of a country lies in education, and the hope of education lies in teachers", as the trainer of talent, the key role of teachers is beyond doubt. Teacher profession specialization tends to become a significant subject in the practice of education revolution. Therefore, actions to strengthen the professional development for teachers through various ways are becoming crucial to accelerate new curriculum reforms.The increasing popularity of information technology provides schools with more abundant teaching resources, which greatly promote educational innovation and teacher professional development. Education informatization becomes a necessary education reform, which is also an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.How to enhance teaching quality and self development using information technology for primary and secondary school teachers is a topic worthy of further discussion. In the mean while, teachers achieve their specialization through professional activities carried out on their own. Therefore, in this study the author selects the most typical five outstanding teachers as the study target from more than two hundred teachers who had participated the "Training Course of Gardener Project of the School Teachers in Guangxi Province". By interviewing and surveying, the author tells about their development process in the form of biography in environment of the education informatization and the practice of new curriculum reform and integration. Based on the comparative analysis, the author summarizes their successful experience and strategies about teacher professional development, concludes the basic approach and strategies for the primary and secondary schools teachers who use information technology training to promote teacher professional development, and then extracts the "teacher professional development mode supported by information technology", which provides abundant experience and enlightenment for the professional development of the majority top teachers .
