With the vigorous growth of the educational informationization nowadays,how to effetely promote the professional skills of the information technology teachers in high school has become a urgent problem to be solved in educational reform,especially when the high school information technology teachers play a part as the backbone of the secondary educational informatization.Therefore,this study is based on the training program—the base of the research and experiment related to the teaching reform of information technology,which the author has been involved since 2014.It uses The Case Study and takes the long-term docking teacher X as the research object,trying to have a long process of in-depth analysis about the growth process of teacher X before and after the training with great zeal to provide reflection and sympathy for professional growth for more information technology teachers in high schools in order to achieve a greater development space.Because the paper took the form of education narrative,which have a certain story and situation.Consequently,the elaboration of the content and the growth of the story are arranged on account of the entire structure of the paper,namely in the perspective of individual to pave the way.Specifically,the main line is based on the training process of teacher X,narrating in chronological order with two dimensions — teaching and researching respectively.The dark line is developed through interviews,combining with the training process of teacher X to analyze the change before and after the training in two fields: teaching and scientific research.Thus to explore the growth of teacher X in professional knowledge,specialized abilities,profound cordiality and self-development.Through teacher X 's professional development,the study has found that:1.In the field of cultivating teachers' professional emotion,happiness is the basic qualification to pursue the self-development,and whether a teacher is growing up or not depends on whether or not a goal expectation is set for each stages of development.2.Teachers always tends to stay in the content gained from books,but lack the supplement of new knowledge while constructing the professional knowledge system.At the same time,the way of acquiring knowledge is usually limited in the outside world,while the way generated from practice often ignored by teachers.3.Teachers' interest in self-improvement professional ability played a significant role in boosting.With the co-work of internal and external drive,teacher's professional-development can gained a effective guarantee.4.Only when the teachers meet the needs of the low level,can produce the pursuit power of high-level needs,and the premise to get the effective development is rely on the ability of self-reflection.In addition,some problems—teachers' professional development in standard system—have been reflected from the experiences of the teacher X,such as teachers training system,evaluation system of school teachers' title,etc.
