The teaching method is an important factor affecting the quality of teaching. The Task-Based Language Teaching combines the knowledge and all kinds of skills. Students participate in learning with the explicit targets, and complete the task by practice, deliberation, investigation, discussion, exchange and cooperation. However, due to the influence of the traditional teaching method, the advantage of the Task-Based Language Teaching isn’t given the real full play to the teaching and learning. Through a lot of literature reading and investigation interview, there are seven problems in the Task-Based Language Teaching:the implementation of the task becomes a mere formality; the designs of the task ignore the difference of students’individual character; the lack of the effective evaluation after the implementation of the task; the lack of the scientific controlling for the input and output, the significance and the form; indeterminations of the teachers’ and the students’roles; the lack of the environment; and the improvement of all the aspects of teachers’ability.According to the existing problems of the Task-Based Language Teaching, come up with five corresponding solutions:establish the idea of the customer oriented teaching; apply PDCA model in the Task-Based Language Teaching to improve the quality of teaching; advocate total involvement to promote the strategy of the construction of the generation; persist in the continuous improvement of the task; the strategy of combining the target management and process management, and the strategy of combining the teaching evaluation and teaching process.
