British Learning City’s Guarantee System And Its Enlightenments To China

At present, under the guidance of the new concept of lifelong education, lifelong learning and building a learning society, many counties set off a craze for building a learning city. As a country of long history of cultural traditions in the learning process of urban construction, Britain relies on its system to improve the guarantee system and lays a solid foundation for the British construction of learning city.This paper describes the status quo of the UK to study urban development and analyses on the basis of success in England in learning city because details of the security system of the British construction of learning city, hoping to inspire learning city on our country’s guarantee system. There is a gap between China and the United Kingdom, the British construction of learning city security system security system of China’s construction of learning city.In this thesis, the main part as follows:Chapter1:Overview of the UK to learning city construction. According to the current development of the learning city in the UK, this paper analyzes the reasons for success in British learning city construction work. So it deepens the understanding of the importance of building a guarantee system of the learning city. This is the basis of the problem’s study.Chapter2:The UK learning city’s guarantee system. The enlightenments are mainly reflected in the following three aspects-constructing a systematic and plentiful guarantee is a prerequisite; ensuring the system to run through is the focus; playing a self-management is fundamental.Learning-oriented urban construction in China is at a critical juncture. To effectively learn from the successful experience in the United Kingdom will greatly contribute to the development of the learning city.
