| Abstract:The sports club is set up by the community and voluntary sports organizations situation, its establishment and development are generally at their own expense, their own management, save the huge expenses of the Government. China’s National Fitness Program, the establishment and development of the health club played a crucial role, and in line with the new direction of sports development in China. In the extensive literature finishing reading the analysis that the Table Tennis Club as a part of the sports club, it appears very important role in the popularization and development of table tennis, but also conducive to promoting the overall development of the city’s sports industry. And Taiyuan Table Tennis Club status quo of research is still blank.Literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaires and expert interviews of15Table Tennis Club in Taiyuan City, the club management, club coaches and consumer survey analysis, and to find the Taiyuan City, ping-pong club in the operation and development of the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for further policy development for the relevant sports authorities and operators to better manage the club, the popularity of table tennis to carry out to help. The results show that:(1)Taiyuan City Table Tennis Club balanced geographical distribution of the scale of operation to the registered capital of50million small and medium-sized table tennis club, accounting for66.7%. Distribution of the operating area of300-500square meters of medium-sized table tennis club, accounting for more than50percent of the surveyed clubs; table tennis table number8-15tables majority to take the membership welcomed by the majority of consumers, accounting for53.3%of the total10of15Table Tennis Club profitable, accounting for66.7%, and operating efficiency is generally good, the operator holds a positive and optimistic about the club market prospects. Taiyuan City Table Tennis Club operators and cultural level is not high, the vast majority of college or post-secondary qualifications, lack of management expertise, and most operators have never participated in the management of learning.(2)Taiyuan City Table Tennis Club Table Tennis coaches men are mostly accounted for71.4%of the total age of the vast majority of coaches in the25-year-old-45years old, the age structure of the two little more than the middle of Taiyuan City Table Tennis Club; trainer qualifications generally higher, multi-sports training students for professional teams and the University Institute of Physical Education, teaching skill level is generally higher, but remuneration is generally not high,57.1percent of the coaches are not satisfied with their own income, coaches, club loyalty low mobility, there are coaches in the club "work".(3) Table Tennis Club in Taiyuan consumers, men accounted for65%of the total number of membership forms of consumption-based, consumer groups, the largest proportion of students,46.8percent of consumers are people under the age of20primary and secondary school students accounted for35.5%of consumer groups; consumer groups, the monthly income of1000-3000yuan accounted for76.8%, for middle-income; their diverse consumer motives, mainly entertainment, keep fit and feel and lack of exercise in these three areas; factors restricting consumer spending, mainly due to busy at work, no time; most consumers exercise no fixed period a week to participate in a limited number of table tennis fitness.(4) Of Taiyuan City Table Tennis Club management system is not perfect, inadequate regulatory oversight, the emergence of the phenomenon of long and confusion charges; operating a chain of low degree, has not formed its own characteristics; managers of professional quality is not high, propaganda efforts is not enough, the individual table tennis club in the profit and loss edge. |
