Survey And Development Strategies On Present Situation Of Huaibei Table Tennis Club

With the increasing economic development of sports, nowadays fitness club hasa positive effect on the all round development of a city, which become the standard ofeconomic development of the country and reflection on social advanced culture. In China,as grass-roots sports organization of the “national sports” campaign, table tennis clubplays an important part in the development of table tennis. In recent years, the speed ofdevelopment of Huaibei Table Tennis Club is faster, but is still in the exploratory stage. Itis difficult to avoid some problems in the process of its establishment and development.Through literature study, questionnaire survey, interviews, logical analysis, the articletakes Huaibei Table Tennis Club as the research target, to investigate the members,coaches, managers and others of the ten Table Tennis Clubs in Huaibei. The existingproblems and deficiencies are: Table Tennis Club is in the non-government managementsituation, the regional distribution of Huaibei Table Tennis Club is very unreasonable, theorganization management institutions are not perfect, the management system isincomplete, the managers’ theoretical knowledge is insufficient, most coaches just takepart-time job, lack the opportunity to participate in continuing education and training,consumer consumption is base on the form of membership. Based on the followingfeasibility of countermeasures, the article provides a reference for the present problem.(1) Establish the Government’s policy support, encourage the establishment anddevelopment of Table Tennis Club,(2) Create a department of table tennis management. For example: table tennismanagement center, unified organization and management of the table tennis market inHuaibei.(3) Establish Table Tennis Association in Huaibei, coordinate the various types of tabletennis at all levels of the organization, and increase competition opportunities for members,develop table tennis market in Huaibei.(4) Built a variety of ways to improve Managers and coaches, and strengthen themanagement of the club’s enhanced level of training. (5) Establish the Club Union, establish collaborative mechanisms with other types ofhealth club.
