Classroom teaching is the bilateral activities of the teachers and students. It is inseparable from theteacher’s answered and student’s asked. The teacher makes evaluation to the student’s answer at the rightmoment. We call it the instant classroom appraisal. The real-time evaluation is an important part ofclassroom teaching,also an integral part of more effective teaching.It occurs in the process of learning andteaching. Proper and timely classroom appraisal to be introduced into classroom teaching is very important,not only can stimulate student’s learning interest, strengthen their desire, but also help to improve theefficiency of classroom teaching. In the actual classroom teaching, because the teacher instant evaluation oftreatment is not good, lead to "good" into "bad intention"," Praise" into "hurt". Instant evaluationproblems,basically have the following kinds: Evaluation of single form or lack of evaluation, evaluation tooheavy,etc.Good instant classroom review should grasp three conditions, adhere to the six laws, good use of fivestrategies. The three conditions are reading each student, caring for each student to create a goodatmosphere, making evaluation space, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and giving properevaluation. The six principles are: the macroscopic aspect of the rule is, be good to students to improveerror, clear direction, be good to students to enhance the enthusiasm, initiative, be good to students growthprogress, healthy development, microscopic aspects of the rule is, evaluation of stress, proper, evaluationon methods, techniques, evaluation of stress, sincere feelings. The five strategies are: making the best useof generative assessment, or using a negative evaluation, highlighting the dominant position of the students,letting the students participate in the evaluation of, flexible application of appreciative evaluation, artisticuse of critical evaluation, riching oral language assessment, using body language assessment, embodimentof ideological and moral class characteristics, strengthen the evaluation of attitudes and values.
