The Strategy And Investigation Of The Ideological And Political Education For The Independent College Student Management And Service

The independent college is a key component of the higher education in China. Itis an important achievement of reformation and innovation for the higher education.The ideological and political education in independent college is different form theother university due to specialty of impendent college in ideology and politics of themanagement system, characteristic of the students and educational pattern. This paperbased on questionnaires survey several famous independent colleges in Wuhan, mainlyfocuses on the characteristic of the ideological and political education in combinationwith student service. It attempts to seek an innovative method to improve thedevelopment and novelty of the ideological and political education and student servicein independent college. Therefore, the paper is divided into five parts:First of all, the author has read a number of bibliographies and analyzed theproblems of the ideological and political education in independent college. The authorgave literature review, prepared to apply the approach of questionnaires survey andproposed several possible innovations.The second, the paper gives the definition of the ideological and politicaleducation and student service. The correlation between them is elaborated. The authoremphasizes the importance of the ideological and political education among thestudent service in independent college.Thirdly, the ideological and political education in student service is investigated infour famous independent colleges. Although they have made a great achievement,there are still problem to improve, which is the emphasis of the research in this paper.Beside, for the purpose of studying on the ideological and political education instudent service, the author analyzed several factors on the effectiveness of theideological and political education in student service, which is influenced by their ownfactors, family factors and school&society factors.Finally, in order to improve the ideological and political education in studentservice, four constructive strategies guide the ideological and political education instudent service for the independent colleges. The independent college should thinkhighly of the ideological and political education and lay them in the first place. Itshould be of the same importance as studying the specialized courses. And then thecontent of the ideological and political education for dependent colleges should bestrengthened and improved. The next, the ideological and political education inindependent colleges should be a variety of carrier and improve their lives in thecollege, which can attract college student to love their campus and obtain muchinteresting in academic studying. Finally, the ideological and political education shouldbe combined with student service. It can obtain better results.
