With the rapid development of new curriculum reform in China, secondaryeducation, which is the joint of basic and higher education with is uniqueness, has cometo its importance in an increasing pace throughout the whole educational stages. So it’svery essential for any secondary school teacher to possess some professional ethics, ofwhich some other teachers, like primary school or kindergarten teachers, may be inshort or lack. At the same time, the emphasis on secondary schools teachers’professional ethics is consistent with the requirements of the age. This article, however,made a survey on the problems of secondary school teachers ’ professional ethicsexisting in some middle school in Chongqing City, by which the author explores theproblems and their causes, and by a detailed analysis on the social environment ofmiddle school teachers, teachers and teacher’s own analysis, this article also hasproposed the goal of middle school teachers’ morality construction and its countermeasurements.This article mainly consists of five chapters.Chapter I is an introduction part. It mainly introduces the background of the topicof this article, and theoretical significance and practical significance of this study. Bycarding and summarizing the current study on middle school teachers’ professionalethics, the author works out its research purposes, research methods and summarizes theimportance and significance of middle school teachers’ ethnic building.The second chapter analyzes some problems in the middle school teachers’ virtue,with a random survey of some middle school of Chongqing City.In Chapter three, causes of the problems is studied by analyzing some issues inmoral construction, which shall brighten the way to the morality construction ofsecondary school, and also has provided the theoretical basis for its following researchand source material for this article.In the fourth chapter, this article proposes counter measurements of the issuesdiscussed above, according to the previous analysis and the goal of new curriculum reform. By finding new thought of solutions to the morality and an in-depth analysis onhow secondary school teachers begin the morality construction, uniqueness of moralityconstruction of teachers in middle schools is concluded.The last chapter of this article explains the shortcomings of this article.
