The rapid development of science and technology promotes the Internet to be widespread in various areas of social life, which plays an irreplaceable role in human survival and development. It is not only a new way and space for the comprehensive development of human, but also a way to bring people to the era of information network. The explosion of knowledge and information, the efficiency of transmission and the indirectness of human communication have become the hallmarks of the era. The development of Internet has become a sign of the progress of human society, which throws hope to the college ideological and political education.
