Abstract:Integrity that is honest and trustworthy, is a universal code of ethics.College students are the hope of the nation, the construction of the main force ofChina’s socialist cause, the integrity of the position of university students is directlyrelated to social development and progress. In recent years, with the continuousdevelopment of market economy, driven by the interests, many people leave theintegrity behind for the immediate economic interests.The phenomenon of lackingintegrity such as unhealthy, non-standard operations in the market economy andpolitical education is not in place, leading to the credibility crisis and spreading rapidlyon college campuses. Now, special economic reality in Xinjiang, political, and culturalsituation have a great impact on Xinjiang University college students’ credit education,educators, education receivers and the educational environment, which is makingXinjiang College Students Credit Education unable to play a positive and unique roleand impact. This article focuses on the status of Xinjiang Students integrity, causes andsolutions to the problem,especially students in Kashgar Teachers College, findingcountermeasures to solve the integrity problem, facilitate the growth and success of thestudents. Further improving the effect of the Credit Education work is to provideobjective principles,ultimately to strengthen and improve the integrity education ofuniversity students from the general and to promote harmony and stability betweensocial and Xinjiang universities.In this paper,it elaborates by linking theory with practice,documentary researchmethod and so on.It is divided into three parts, the first introduction explains the maintopics of the reason and motivation, significance, research status and dissertationresearch methods and innovation; describes the integrity of the thinkings of the classicMarxist writers, there are Marx and Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong, and the Chinese Communist leaders since the reforming and opening up.The second part describes inthree aspects about the current situation of college students ’honesty in Xinjiangcolleges and universities, the causes of credibility problem and credit morality effectsdone by family education for college students. The third part discusses thecountermeasures to solve the problem of Xinjiang university students integrity, such ascreate a good social credit environment, strengthen the Xinjiang colleges anduniversities’ honesty education and let family education play the important role indeveloping college students honesty.Colleges and universities in Xinjiang bear the heavy responsibility of training allkinds of talents for its development and long-term stability.Avoiding college studentcredit crisis in a timely and effective manner can ensure that the quality of collegestudents to be honest and trustworthy can easily develop. In order to construct a betterXinjiang, promote social and economic development, thereby promoting social andmoral construction we need strengthen the students honesty education in Xinjiangcolleges and universities so that the people live and work in peace and contentment.Thetask has extremely important practical significance.As we all know, it is an important and difficult task to solve the problem aboutintegrity of the university students in Xinjiang, and it requires the community, schools,families to work together,creating synergy, and in the meanwhile,it also requires closecollaboration with the cultural, institutional, legal and other aspects. Only in this waycan cultivate more and more qualified builders and reliable successors for Xinjiang inthe future.
