Research On Students’ Career Planning Education About Shanxi University

Along with our country college enrollment scale continuous enlargement, theproblem of college students’ employment is outstanding. On the one hand, more andmore college graduates face "the problems that Graduation is unemployment ";On theother hand, there is a contradiction between college students and employer in theprocess of college students’ employment,so that the phenomenon of "unemployeer"and "Don’t want to employeer" appears. Although the reason is various, but the lackof scientific career planning to present college students is indispensable importantreason. Therefore,there is particularly timely and important to research on theproblem of college students’ career planning education about shanxi university in thepresent background of college students’ employment.This paper studies present situation and existing problems to the college students’career planning education in Shanxi Province scientifically by literature method、themethod of investigation and logical analysis,and analyzes them from twol aspects. Tosome extent,it makes up for the lack of focusing on analyzing college and ignoringstudents. On this basis, This paper constructs the innovative talent training modeaccording with the career planning of the education system abour shanxi university,and puts forward "students-school-enterprise" trinity of career planning educationnew mode. In addition, this paper also comes up with solutions from strengtheningthe importance of career planning education and improving collgeg student’ personalcareer planning ability.The innovation of this paper is putting forward the new mode about "students-school-enterprise" trinity of career planning education, so that we candiscover and understand the career planning education problems morecomprehensive and then put forward the countermeasures accordingly.
