Design And Study Of Sailing Athlete Simulation Training System

Most of the traditional training of sailing athletes adopts barbells,squats and other methods.The form is single,and athletes are prone to fatigue.The cost of training at sea is high,and it is limited by factors such as weather and season,which affects training efficiency.In response to the above problems,a simulation training system for sailing athletes was developed,and the sailing and athlete training loads were studied in depth.The system can provide athletes with reasonable training mode and simulated marine environment,improve athletes' muscle strength and comprehensive physical ability in a more scientific way.It has the function of helping sailing athletes to achieve "land project ground training".Based on the action mechanism and training requirements of the sailing athletes,the target muscles of the simulated training were determined,and the overall design of the simulation training system for the sailing athletes was given.According to the three training modes of the sailing athletes,the deflection diagram and function expression are given.Based on the random wave theory and the wave motion function,the sailing deflection function is superimposed with the wave motion function,and a new motion function expression of the sailing simulation platform is established.The input to the six-degree-of-freedom Stewart platform was used to simulate the unique form of motion of sailing.Based on BP neural network,using MATLAB and LabVIEW software to jointly program,the pre-training of muscle capacity and the intelligent adjustment of training load are realized.The Unity 3D software was used to build the sailing simulation scene,and the 3D scene was connected with the head-mounted VR glasses set.The scene in front of the athletes was consistent with the sailing movement,which realized the combination of virtual and realistic systems and simulation training of sailing athletes.The prototype model of the simulation training system was developed.The training interface was developed by LabVIEW software.Under the guidance of the training interface and the pre-evaluation system,the simulation experiment of the sailing athletes was completed.It was proved that the simulation training system of the sailing athlete can assist the athletes to complete the land.Training.
