The Research Of Qian Jibo’s Language Education

Qian Jibo is a famous educator as well as a master of Chinese culture. He was diligent in scholarship, and had many works. Also, he had deep attainments in the Jing, Shi, Zi, Ji and Xiao Xue and collation bibliography.Further,Qian was an outstanding educator of Chinese language. Born in the education family, he inherited the good ideas and rich experience of Wuxi Qian’s family education.He was faithful to the education. In1913, he started teaching. From primary school, secondary school to the university, he toured half of China, taught up to44years long. From teaching career, he continued to explore a new concept of language education and to explore effective educational practices and personally wrote a wealth of information about education,which had left a valuable asset for China modern education, especially for Chinese language education.In this paper, combined with Qian’s learning and work experience, on the basis of the historical facts of research, it discusses the thinking of language education and language education today from three aspects:Educational idea of Qian Jibo; Qian Jibo Language Education Thought; Modern Enlightenment of Qian Jibo language.The first chapter "Educational idea of Qian Jibo" is divided into two parts:The first part expounds Qian Jibo educational philosophy which contains "the concept of educational objectives","teaching and teachers","teacher education concept". The second part focuses on the family Qian Jibo education, including its origin, characteristics and revelation. The second chapter "Qian Jibo Language Education Thought" starts from the three aspects of the exploration and practice of the concept of reading and reading method of Qian Jibo composition concept and writing law, Course Construction, exposition and comment on their language education thinking. The third chapter "Modern Enlightenment of Qian Jibo’s language" combines the hot topics of today’s language education, the cultivation of the scholar-teacher, teacher Wind style of study, and read classic and Learning Craze as the starting point to explore the important inspiration and guiding significance Qian Jibo’s Language Education thought of modern language education.
