Research On Physical Education Curriculum Policy Of Chinese University Since The Reform And Opening Up

As a required public course in university, Physical Education Curriculum aims to enhance physique and builds up the sports accomplishment with a reasonable physical education Curriculum and a scientific physical training process by the key means of physical exercise. It is an important part of college curriculum system, meanwhile,as the main point of college sports work. it is also the important way to implement quality education and cultivate talents with all-round development. Besides the reasonable scientific policy of university Physical Education Curriculum is also the significant impetus to develop, implement and reform the Physical Education Curriculum in university campus, so we should research it deeply.Since the reform and opening up, Ministry of Education (it is named The State Board of Education before) promulgates a series of policy on university Physical Education Curriculum. From the.vertical aspect, the policy development in college sports has gone through into three periods, which are:the period of promulgation and implementation of the National Average College Sports Teaching Outline in1979and the National Universities Sports Teaching Program Guidance in1992and the Compendium of National College PE Curriculum in2002In these three periods,the Physical Education Curriculum Policy shows different characteristics in our country, and tends to be increasingly perfect and mature. Specific representation as follows:One, our attention to physical health-based gradually transferred to the physical, psychological and social health;Two, the emphasis on "Three Bases" transferred to lifelong sports accomplishment;Three, our center on sports transferred to the humanistic educational philosophy; Four, it reflects that our government delegates generally the management of university physical education curriculum;Five,the level of scientific and institutionalized policy has been improved.But at the same time, there are some problems in our country’s university Sports Curriculum, For instance:the policy is too macro and the operability is poor; The adjustment and the reformation of content is mere formality;The authority of policy is not highly in right balance and democratization and it is lack of material guarantee in implementation. In order to solve such problems in a better way,the author considers independently and then put forward her own views. At last, the author prospects of reformation and development of Sports Curriculum, so as to give some help for this in the future.
