All along,our country's college sports courses are continuously developing.Especially in the turning point of reform and opening up,university sports began to get rid of the bondage of sports thought of former Soviet Union and other countries.Universities trained a large number of talents for the development of the country,and the progress of the country also promoted the trend of university curriculum setting more reasonable and perfect.The educator,Mr.Cai Yuanpei,once put forward the idea of "complete personality,first in sports".The development of university physical education curriculum is a key link in the university curriculum in China.It also needs to keep up with the times.However,it must be admitted that there are many problems and deficiencies in the development of university sports courses in China,to solve the problem,it is necessary to grasp the key points of "heroes and noses" and it is necessary to find out from the changes and changes in the university's physical education curriculum.In this paper,the reform of college physical education curriculum is divided into three stages,namely,the first stage from 1978 to 1991.The second stage is from 1992 to 2001;The third stage is from 2002 to now.Using the methods of historical research,logical analysis and literature collection,this paper analyzes and sums up the "pendulum phenomenon" in the evolution of college physical education curriculum development.The specific expression is:Analysing the value orientation of university sports curriculum in the three development stages found that the objectives of university sports curriculum develop from the social standard-personal standard-multivariate direction;the focus of university sports curriculum is from the "three bases" to the development of lifelong sports;the direction of university sports curriculum is from the discipline-based to the individual's all-round development,and explain the advantages and disadvantages of different swings,moreover,in the development process of university sports courses,there is a conflict between dynamics and stages,unity anddiversity.The conclusion states: "Pendulum Phenomenon" is the normal mapping of the regularity of college sports curriculum reform;disregard the subject standard?preference to personal development;pay attention to the subject standard ? deviation from personal development;beyond discipline-based?personal development,and make recommendations based on the conclusions.
