A Study Of The Development Of Mass Table Tennis Of The Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan Urban Agglomeration Under "Two Type Society Background"

Table tennis, one of the most advantage sport event in our country, has plays an extremely significant role in promoting National Sports Development and becomes increasingly popular by the public. However, for the lack of facilities and the imperfection of management system and the restrictions of spontaneous organization of table tennis by the community or the folks, the gauge of the table tennis development of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration shows that it below the average level of the country. The establishment of the changzhutan "two type society" construction experimental area provides an important carrier and development platform for mass sports. With the aid of changzhutan "two type society" construction, developing urban sports might be something said to be a chance or a challenge, maybe even a kind of responsibility. So our study subject is of great practical and theoretical significance under this special environment.The research adopts various methods, including questionnaire, literature review, expert interview, and mathematical statistics and logical analysis, to analyses the status of masses table tennis of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration. Based on the requirements of resource conservation and environment friendly development we have came up with some reasonable suggestions in our subjects, which not only provides revitalize basis theory for the table tennis career of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration, but also provides the references for the development of sport in China. The study shows some important conclusions as follows. First, the age structure and gender structure is irrational, the exercise intensity and consumption level is low. Second, Venue facilities’quantity and existing Conditions can’t satisfy the needs of the masses. Third, the table tennis sports organization degree is low, and its main forms is spontaneous organizations. Fourth, the launch of Community table tennis isn’t extensive, the number of social guider is inadequate. Fifth, the connection between the government management system and the social management system is not enough close, and the table tennis association organization works not fully; Last but not the least, the main factors that influence table tennis include the participants, location equipment, project competition and the policy.According to the advantage of economic policy, transportation and sports resources under the background of the present development situation of the changzhutan’s table tennis, the author puts forward relevant strategies about the integration of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban table tennis. Firstly, integrate the table tennis resources in time and space and realize the sharing of resources. Secondly, standardize management structure and create table tennis brand competition. Next, give full play to the organizational strength of the table tennis association. Finally, based on the community sport to drive the development of mass sport.
