State-owned enterprises run schools goes with the founding of enterprises. With progressive establishment of a full-fledged market economy, the school separates from enterprises and exists independently become certain trend. There are some education problems during the transition of separating schools from enterprises, for example, students’learning affect.Choosing Chongqing D middle school as research environment, this study focuses on how to improve the students’mathematics learning affect. This paper is mainly to solve the two following problems:1.The current situation of the students’mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school.2. Cultivation strategies to improve the students’mathematics learning affect during the transition. According to existed researches, the study divides the mathematics learning affect into three factors:belief, including value of knowledge, ability of learning and learning style; attitude, including listening, homework and the relation between students and teachers; emotion, including learning and test.In order to learn the current situation of the students’mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school, the study uses questionnaire survey and cases studies to get information. The questionnaire survey is carried among six hundred high school students from this school. There are four styles of results:1. the total level of the students’mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school.2. Compare with different dimensions of the students’mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school.3. Compare with different sexes of the students’ mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school.4. Compare with different arts and science students of the mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school. The results are following:The total level of the students’mathematics learning affect in Chongqing D middle school is not high; There is no significant difference among grades; There is no significant difference among grades at belief and attitude, but there is difference at temper between senior one and senior two; There is significant difference between sexes; There is difference among arts and science students and science students have higher mathematics learning affect.Case study aims at showing and analyzing the current situation. After some rounds of screened, finally, two students-"Zeng Li" and "Qin Gang" are chose as sample. Through classroom observation, interview, practice and examination, the study gets the following results:at belief, students know the value of mathematics knowledge, but they pay more attention to marks of test, lacking of understanding to the essence; at attitude, their self-discipline is not well. They will do unrelated things if there are other temptations. They can do homework timely and ask for help if they have difficulties. The relation between students and teachers is normal, lacking of talking and helping; at temper, two students have test and study anxiety.According to the results, the study comes out some suggestions from external regulation and internal mechanism, including renewing education notion, building harmonious class; learning difference, teaching according to one’s ability; building assessment system, promoting emotion education; stressing learning motivation; forming learning habit; regulating and controlling learning process. Based on these strategies, the study designs micromation experiment focusing on the two students. The experiment contains three periods----basic building, team assistance, self-development. When students accumulate enough knowledge, they can come into the next stage. The study shows part scenes of teaching and learning, including new knowledge teaching, class discussion, test paper analysis, guidance and assistance after and before class, from preliminary experiment, during experiment and the latter experiment. They get more or less advantages of mathematics learning affect after the experiment. However, they are still staying in team assistance period, not in self-development. It is related with research time and the periodicity of mathematics learning affect.There are some innovations:1. by qualitative research method, the paper plans long and thorough research on the cases’ mathematics learning affect.2. Come out some suggestions and make use of experiment to improve by taking external and internal into consideration.3.Design experiment, including three stages----basic building, team assistance, self-development.For the research level, time and energy, there are some limitations in the study:1. Choose only one school.2. The number of cases is few which affect the results popularizing.3. Cultivating mathematics learning affect need a long process, but the study takes only one year and can not show the third stage experiment. The improvement needs long time process and varying from person to person in further research.
