Experimental School, Guangdong Guang Ya Middle School, founded in2002to test thepublic school system private schools, experimental schools in Guang Ya secondary schoolssucceeding centuries the fine tradition of the use of advanced educational concepts and richmanagement experience of teaching, To promote education reform, the first graduating classfrom2005onwards, students in high school entrance examination in Guangzhou, theexamination average score of seven subjects out of the city’s number one for six consecutiveyears (except for schools outside the province of the Olympic), and for six consecutive yearsin Liwan District Work as first prize in junior high school graduating class. How to build acompetitive core competencies to maintain and expand the existing advantages, theadvantages of playing education group, looking for new growth points are experimentalschool in Guang Ya facing a strategic choice.From the above conditions, education development in private foundation problems in theprocess, based on the enterprise strategic management theory basis, guang ya experimentalschool as the research object, on the implementation strategy management are discussed. Thispaper first using PEST analysis and five competitive forces model of experimental schoolsrespectively in guang ya the macro environment and the industrial environment systematicallyanalyzed, in a competitor competitiveness on the basis of analysis, find out the school facingopportunities and threats. Secondly, USES the SWOT analysis, this paper alternativecompetition strategy includes mixed strategy and target agglomeration low cost strategy,target agglomeration differentiation strategy, strategic alliance and reconstruction strategy,adopted the evaluation method of the competition strategy and suitability, obtained the schoolrelatively optimal competition strategy plan. Again, determine the development strategy of theschool should be the brand, features into basic development direction, and according to theimplementation of the strategy objectives three-step strategic points of planning. Finally, theproposed development strategy and competition strategy, this paper proposes that improvingthe teaching quality, implementation features running and strengthen internal managementand construct advanced school campus culture four aspects to school implementation strategymanagement, and puts forward the corresponding specific implementation countermeasure.
