The improvement of the teaching method improvement as education reform development, is a constant innovation process, especially in take the student as the main body of the teaching today, and the students’ adaptation of the teaching method innovation appears especially important. In the process of teaching, sports knowledge and gain is influenced by many factors, and genetic factors, knowledge andexperience, body quality, sports experience, action so closely related to comprehend ability,etc.As of college physical education reform, the quality education, put forward in the country in order to train students’ quality since, how to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, aiming at the student individual differences, stimulate the students’ initiative in class, and how to improve the efficiency of sports, and give full play to the role of teachers and students double subject as the researchers research hot spot and the direction.Volleyball in universities is mainly develops in the sport. Most universities in our country at present in the volleyball class, but from the volleyball holistic circumstance looks, teaching situation not so good. After investigation, at present most universities in our country’s volleyball course still using more traditional sports teaching mode. Form mechanical inefficient, not adapt to the sports quality education goal request, to a great extent determine the volleyball sports in the universities sports teaching the popularity and development. Mutual teaching to the mutual study rational idea, to the people’s cognitive structure theory and humanistic psychology theory, new group constructivism learning, social interdependence theory and choice theory as the theoretical basis, andoutstanding students of mutual each other active error correction characteristics. In the teacher’s demonstration and assigned to a task, the students through the group cooperation study to some facts (example) and the problems active practice, positive thinking, found and master relevant skills and action of a kind of physical education teaching methods.Through mutual learning, solidarity, mutual assistance and training students’ ability, thus cultivating students’ social adaptation ability; Through the error correction study stimulate students’ physical education learning power regulating syste (motivation, interest, attitude), to improve the students’ autonomous learning enthusiasm and self-study ability. Mutual teaching focus on the let learners to find it, answer and solve problems, make them the practice of knowledge discoverer, rather than passive recipients, this one characteristic and quality education helps to promote the students’ active development, embodies the "people-oriented" teaching idea.Mutual teaching method in the teaching process using mutual correction to stimulate the students’ study curiosity, arouse in good, bad, the enthusiasm of students’ study, lets the student positive feedback, which comply with quality education to promote students’ development, all-round development’s request, and grasp thecollege students’ curiosity, good asked, active, positive psychological characteristics of the exchange; At the same time, mutual teaching requirements students of mutual learning companions error correction group, emphasize mutual coordination among the members, both in the learning process strengthens their mutual consciousness, and strengthening the students’ social adaptation ability of individuation.
