Research On Professional Values Education Of College Student In Hubei

As the financial crisis sweeping the globe, the college students’unemployment problems, which are more and more serious, have become ahot topic in today’s society. The professional values, which are the definitivefactors of the students’ career development, have also become a focus onstudy of ideological and political education. Researching on the educationstatus and problems of college students’ professional values，and exploringthe countermeasures of the colleges’ professional values education are notonly to provide a scientific basis, to help college students the right careervalues, and set up a solid foundation to fulfill their future careerdevelopment and personal values, and also to promote Socialism withChinese Characteristics.This article is based on the actual situation of HuBei’s colleges, on thebasis of professional value and education survey of their students. It isdivided into four parts to describe professional value and education ofcollege students in HuBei. The first part, combined with the actual analyzethe theoretical significance and practical significance of the professionalvalue of college students and their educational research, and sort out theprofessional value and its educational research theoretical achievement, inorder to lay the foundation for the later study. The second part is to clarifythe object of study, to define the meaning and characteristics of the basicconcepts of professional value and professional value education. The thirdpart, by the statistical analysis of students’ professional values educationsurvey, to grasp the Hubei students’ professional value and the status ofeducation, to summarize the current professional value characteristics ofHubei students, to analyze shortcomings and defects from society, familyand school and to illustrate subjective reasons and objective reasons behindthis situation. The fourth part, to propose countermeasures of improving the students’ professional values education in Hubei. First of all, to improve theunderstanding of professional value, to perfect the security system.Secondly, to form a sound system of education principles, contents andmeans of professional values.Finally, to optimize the educationalenvironment, to form the resultant forces of social, family and schooleducation work together.
