Development of the sports Industry and implementation of thesports undertakings in China Rule of Law, makes a good awareness ofthe law the necessary qualities of sports industry professionals.Master of Physical Education, as the senior personnel of the sportsindustry in the future, whether have a good awareness of the sports lawin pre-develop, whether they can use their own sports-related legalknowledge to adjust their working or living in Sports, is essential forthemselves. More importantly, whether they have a good awareness ofthe sports law, will behave an enormous impact on the development ofthe sports industry.So, what is the condition of the groups grasp the legal knowledgeclosely related to their profession in the end? How can we promote thecondition so that their legal awareness match with their professionalneed, it becomes one topic of worthy our attention.This paper, by searching of the relevant literature, finds that the lackof the research about sports law awareness of Master of PhysicalEducation. Thus,this paper sets up a scientific and effectivequestionnaire, sent the questionnaire to500graduate students as thesurvey samples, the500graduate come from13universities, aftercollecting the information of the survey samples’ awareness of thesports law, using SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware for statistical analysis. Thestudy found that the Master of Physical Education, Sports LegalAwareness of the following characteristics:Their awareness of the laws is very weak. They have an inadequateunderstanding of the law’s or the lawyer’s importance.The negative impact of the sports industrys own legal condition. Thesamples’ sports law education is ineffective. The samples’ negativeattitude to the sports law. The weak awareness of the sports contract.The level of sports rights awareness is acceptable but theawareness of sports litigation is relatively weak.After investigation and analysis of the information, this paper arguesthat the legal situation of the Master of Physical Education showing theabove features, mainly because of the following four points: Thenegative impact of the traditional cultural value“heavy rule of man,light the rule of law”; The negative impact of the two sports industrysown legal environment; Sports law education of the samples isineffective; The samples’ negative attitude to the sports law.To address the cause of the problem, and how to improve the legalawareness of Master of Physical Education, this study proposes thefollowing recommendations:On the social level-the whole society, the legal concept ofenhanced to provide a good social atmosphere.On the sports industry level-needs the sports industry, according tothe law of autonomy, improve the legal requirements on thepractitioners of the sport.On the university education level-the reform Sports laweducation,to adapt to the needs of sports industry and students.On the graduate student level-active learning the knowledgeto prepare for work.
