This paper on the interpretation of policies of quality-oriented education in China to identify existing policies needs to be room for improvement in quality-oriented education in China, thus contributing to help the public understand the policies of Suzhi education in real terms, in favour of comprehensive promotion of quality education.In this paper, literature, historical research and text analysis to inspect the stage for the implementation of quality education and effect, and representative of the policy documents were analyzed.
