| With the acceleration of the process of urbanization and the improvement of the economic level,the demand of the public for education is becoming more and more diverse.The education of public schools has not been able to meet the needs of the public for the high quality and characteristic education.With the trend of rural residents gathering to the county,the increase of migrant workers,it has resulted in a sharp increase in urban population,the degree of public school has been unable to meet the needs of society,the phenomenon of “demand is less than supply” occurs.It is under this background that private schools of compulsory education gradually emerge,adapting to the changing needs of social development to alleviate the situation in order to meet the public demand of diversified education.Since twentieth Century,the pace of development of the private schools of compulsory education has been developing with the development of the economy,which does not only have the positive impact of nine years of compulsory education,but also effectively alleviate the financial pressure of the government,and meet the public demand for quality education,special education.After nearly 20 years of development,the compulsory education has been recognized by the society and provided more educational resources for the society,but there are still many difficulties and challenges in the development.The study is based on a specific research of the development of Xunxian County private schools of compulsory education Henan Province to understand the basic situation of Xunxian County compulsory education stage of the development of private schools,including a number of schools,school funding,teachers,teaching quality and other basic information.The purpose is to analyze problems of Xunxian County private schools of compulsory education in the process of development,and to know the attitude of administrative departments to the compulsory education of private schools,policy support,management and other issues and to find solutions.As far as the research methods are concerned,the methods of literature research,interview and case study are adopted.By using the method of literature review,this paper summarizes the current research progress of private schools and private schools in compulsory education in China.Through interviews,the author makes an in-depth study on the development of private schools in Xunxian County.In the survey it is found thatXunxian County private schools of compulsory education mainly has the following problems: the number of private schools of compulsory education is too large,and they are relatively centralized;in the meantime,teaching concept is fuzzy,and has vague development direction;teacher mobility is big,teacher team is unstable and other issues.In order to fully grasp the development of Xunxian County private schools of compulsory education,this paper also chooses some cases to analyze and compare the main problems and effect of existing research experience and case of advanced school.Through the actual research of compulsory education of private schools,some optimization suggestions are put forward: one is the government should increase support to private schools,two or three private schools should be developed by the county government with focused support;construction of private school teachers should also be strengthened;teachers' stability should be ensured;and the flow of funds should be monitored;private schools of education and innovation management should be strengthened.Two is to strengthen the construction of their own schools,improve the quality of education and teaching,have clear teaching philosophy,and to provide special services to improve the treatment of teachers,stabilize teachers;adopt group developing plan to form scale effect.The three is that the society should strengthen the supervision of private schools in compulsory education stage,encourage the society to donate to private schools,and promote the healthy development of private schools. |
