| With the rapidly development of the computer technology and Internet, the guidingprinciples of Ministry of Education on education informationize and construction ofsoftware and hardware of education, which obviously promote the pace on building ofself education informationize of each university. Many researchers propose Multi MediaRecording and Broadcasting System (MMRBS), which is based on the traditionalrecording and broadcasting system and then combine it with the advantage of computenetwork. This system can promote the communication of education information on theinternet between the teachers and the students, which can also enhance the traditionaleducational efficiency, expand the application bound of digital campus, and last it willrealize the whole educational procedure informationize.This thesis combines with the construction of multi media recording andbroadcasting education informationizes system of Chengdu Commanding College ofCAPF. Firstly the paper analyses domestic and foreign research status on MMRBSsystem, and introduces the designing and realize method. It emphases on the majorproblems of MMRBS system, as well as design idea and method which may used toeducation informationize. MMRBS system mainly includes recording module on theteacher’ PC, receiving module on the server, educational resources management moduleon the server and also network course on the server which can help the students towatch the teaching video on the web online or offline.The design of multimedia recording and broadcasting system is based on thefollowing principles: stability of system, simple using and practicability. The wholedeveloping procedure is footing on the user’s environment, and using the mostadvanced compute technology and multi-media technology. The usage of MMRBSsystem can reduce the teacher’s workload. The excellent teacher can concentrate on theconstruction of the courses, like designing the teaching method which can reflect thefeature of teacher. In the future, with the long using of this system, it can form theteaching and educational resources database. It not only can be used by the students inthe campus, but also in the society. |
