The Self-made Equipment is that teachers and students together design equipment and draw materials to improve teaching manners. The Self-made Equipment should fulfill the dimension that design cleverly, draw materials conveniently, made easily and teacher conveniently. The students made firm basis for the teaching in High School by designing equipment together with teachers.The student’s scientific inquiry and innovative spirit is developed by departing activity about thinking, saying and handle. Therefor, teachers should positively make use of Self-made Equipment in teaching.On the one hand, the teaching of Physical experiment in middle school is the foundation of Physical teaching in senior high school; on the other hand, the teaching of self-made equipment that breakthrough the restrain of experiment condition is the effective approach to promote educational reform. Now, there is a poor teaching effect in Physical self-made equipment.The paper uses document, reaserch, comparision, investigation and questionnaire to study the Self-made Equipment in senior high school. The author hopes to have some guidance for the Physical teaching through this paper.Self-made Equipment teaching not only need made equipment by teachers and students, but also need drive the course to improve teaching effect. Through the questionnaire, the author understands that current students has a problem in self-made equipment knowledge, learning ability about self-made equipment The author also understands that the teachers are not so good at the teaching methods and teaching concept. After a careful analysis of the questionnaire, the author believes such are the main reasons of Physical self-made equipment Exploitation in senior high school in senior high school: The first, the teacher lack of acquaintance about self-made equipment; The second, the poor education effect; The third, lacking the atmosphere of self-made equipment. For the unideal situation of self-made equipment teaching, the author believes we should do a good research about the function of self-made equipment, the improve of teaching effect and the create of good atmosphere about self-made equipment.
