It has great and far-reaching significance tocarry out the strategies of strengthening the country through human resourcedevelopment and invigorating the country through science and technologycomprehensive, ensure through keep an invincible position in the fierce internationalcompetition, ensure the realization of building a well-off society and speed up thegrand goal of advancing socialistic modernization, ensure the cause of socialism withChinese characteristics become prosperity and has qualified successors.At the moment, there is a prominent problem in the most of Chinese higherschool that ignore the students’ initiative in learning ethics, disregard the law of moralinternalization, and only emphasizes monologue moralization and indoctrination.
