As the project of shaping the soul of human, the moral education in universitiesis not only the oldest problem, but also the today’s focus all the countries in the worldpay attention to. The moral education protrudes significance more and moreimportant in today’s economic globalization, political multi polarization and culturaldiversity. The Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Councilissued 《The opinion on further strengthening and improving higher school’s ideologyand political education》,which stressed out, college students are the very valuablehuman resources, the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. We needstrengthen and improve college students’ ideology and political education, improvetheir ideological and political quality, train them to become builders and successors ofSocialism with Chinese characteristics. It has great and far-reaching significance tocarry out the strategies of strengthening the country through human resourcedevelopment and invigorating the country through science and technologycomprehensive, ensure through keep an invincible position in the fierce internationalcompetition, ensure the realization of building a well-off society and speed up thegrand goal of advancing socialistic modernization, ensure the cause of socialism withChinese characteristics become prosperity and has qualified successors.At the moment, there is a prominent problem in the most of Chinese higherschool that ignore the students’ initiative in learning ethics, disregard the law of moralinternalization, and only emphasizes monologue moralization and indoctrination. Thestudent as the moral status of the subject is ignored. In the process of moral education,the teacher and student are materialized as tools, the value becomes utilitarianbecause of only emphasizing the instrumental, what’s more, lose the concept ofpeople-oriented; The voice of teacher and student are deprived, so moral educationappears “the phenomenon of aphasia”; Moral teaching targeted object is not strong, soit unable to make internalization and externalization unified, what’s worse, it resultsin the students’ separability of knowledge and practice and effectiveness of the moraleducation is not strong. In order to respond to the call on further strengthening andimproving higher school’s ideology and political education and get rid of the currentmoral dilemma as soon as possible, this article will introduce the theory of “dialogue”into moral education; make dialogue and traditional monologue to tit for tat. At last, trying to search for a new moral model which is people-oriented, equal,communicated by reinforcing the foundation of the “dialogue”; returning “livingworld”; reconstructing the relationship of teacher and student; Unifying social valuesand personal values.
