Research On The Path Of "Three Complete Education" In Colleges And Universities Based On Moral Education And People Cultivation

At the national conference on ideological and political work of colleges and universities,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that strengthen moral education and cultivate people should be taken as the central link,and ideological and political work should be carried out throughout the whole process of education and teaching,so as to achieve whole-process and all-dimensional education of all staff,and strive to create a new situation for the development of higher education in China.Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the focus has been on educating the entire staff in an all-round way,aiming to solve the fundamental problem of what kind of people to train in the new era,how to train them and for whom.The implementation of the "Three-perfect education" work based on strengthen moral education and cultivate people in colleges and universities is not only an internal requirement for implementing the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,but also an important way to train qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism,and an important measure to implement Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.At present,our country has already entered a new era,is in one hundred from the big change,in order to realize "two" one hundred goals,how to form a full force,the organic link,all-round display,really everybody participation,leave no dead Angle,continuously carrying out the basic task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,is the important issue worthy of attention in the process of cultivation of talents,explore colleges and universities based on strengthen moral education and cultivatepeople "Three-perfect education" path,has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper studies from the following aspects:Firstly,through literature review,domestic and foreign research status is reviewed,relevant theoretical origins and theoretical basis are summarized,concepts such as "strengthen moral education and cultivate people" and "Three-perfect education" are defined,the logical relationship between them is clarified,and the basic characteristics and historical achievements of "Three-perfect education" in universities based on strengthen moral education and cultivate people are summarized.Secondly,the status quo of "Three-perfect education" in colleges and universities based on strengthen moral education and cultivate people is investigated and analyzed to find out the main problems and deficiencies such as the lack of synergy in the whole staff education,the lack of organic connection in the whole process education and the lack of multi-party linkage in the all-round education.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation path of "Three-perfect education" in colleges and universities based on strengthen moral education and cultivate people.Full participation,the formation of strengthen moral education and cultivate people education main force;Follow up the whole process to strengthen the orderly connection of strengthen moral education and cultivate people stages;All-round development,the formation of strengthen moral education and cultivate people multi-party linkage pattern;In order to improve the effect of "Three-perfect education" in universities based on strengthen moral education and cultivate people,we should learn from foreign experience constantly.
