Along with the spring breeze of reform and opening up and the continuous deepening of China and South Korea established diplomatic relations, our national education has had the change in turn the world upside down. Especially the market economy impact, the Korean traditional education system mode and informatization, city is changed, commercialize and modern education development direction emerged contradictions and differences. In the national education is facing many challenges and problems, teachers drain flow into Korean primary and middle school teachers troop construction No.1problem. Enter since twenty-first Century, with the opening and reform and the socialist market economic system is ceaseless deepen, the comprehensive national power of our country increases increasingly, the teachers’ quality requirements will grow with each passing day. The social economy environment changes to the teachers of Yanbian Korean nationality brought great shock.In order to have a comprehensive understanding of Yanbian Korean nationality primary and middle school teachers’ current situation and existing problems, this paper especially in Yanbian Korean nationality in Yanbian area township middle school teachers in Yanbian area as an example,10schools of6cities and2countries that teachers of Yanbian Korean nationality were investigated, a total of4chapters.The first chapter mainly the research purpose and significance, research trends, research content and method to make one introduction.The second chapter summarizes Yanbian rural schools and rural schools distribution profiles of Yanbian Korean nationality teachers’ current situation, through investigation the author finds, Yanbian region of the ethnic Yanbian Korean nationality teachers’ occupation identity and degree relatively high quality.The third chapter mainly discusses the Yanbian Korean nationality teachers’ problems, as teachers, teachers structure is irrational, the loss of teachers management mechanism is not perfect, teachers, quality drops, single source of individual teachers shortage etc.. The reason for these problems is based on long time teacher pay unreasonable, Faculty values by market economy severe impact, as well as changes in the educational environment and the negative effect.The fourth chapter according to how to treat the Yanbian Korean nationality education difficulty, grasp and analysis of these current problems, the Township Elementary and middle schools teachers team building ideas and policy suggestions.
