Teachers’professional development has been a variety of mature models, such as universities oriented model, school-based model, integrated model and so on; these modes are mainly focused on teachers’abilities on personal knowledge acquisition. The ancients said that there must be a teacher among any three travelers, simply the person around us can be used as a learning object, and the core idea of teachers’knowledge diffusion is to emphasize teachers as knowledge providers, not just knowledge receivers. From the group sense, the teachers’professional development is the process of knowledge diffusion, teachers as the main body of knowledge diffusion spread the various types of educational knowledge with personality characteristics through certain channels to other groups, thereby promoting the common development of teacher groups. Obviously, researches on teachers’knowledge diffusion provide a new research perspective and paradigm for teacher professional development. Along with information technology be mature, it will put practical conditions for teachers’knowledge diffusion by network. This study can be divided into three stages:First of all, this article made a questionnaire and interview outline from three dimensions of the individual teacher, school organization, technical support, and through questionnaires and interviews to collect relevant data to know the current situation of teachers’knowledge diffusion on network. This part mainly used the SPSS17.0statistical analysis software to analyze quantitative data by analysis of variance and T test analysis, and it summarized the main problems of teachers’ network diffusion mechanism and analysis of their causes. This portion of the work done can provide a practical basis for the construction of teachers’knowledge network diffusion mechanism.Secondly, the passage described in detail how to construct teachers’knowledge diffusion mechanism through the analysis of the process of teachers’knowledge diffusion and the current situation of teachers’knowledge. According to the analysis of technical support, teacher individual and school organization in three dimensions, it formed incentive mechanism, safeguard mechanism and incentive mechanism of teachers’knowledge network diffusion, and three coordinated operation is the premise condition of the formation and perfection of teachers’knowledge network diffusion mechanism.Finally, through case studies-the network diffusion mechanism based on teaching and research collaboration platform in Primary school attached to Jinhua normal college, to some extent it validated the rationality and the practical value of teachers’knowledge networks mechanism constructed in theory, and it also pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the diffusion mechanism.The passage provides the overall framework of teachers’knowledge diffusion mechanism based on practical research and case studies, and it also summarized the measures and related attentions to be taken to build teachers’knowledge network diffusion mechanism. The research will hope to play a certain role on how to combine IT to spread teachers’knowledge in Primary and secondary schools.
