Special leadership organizations have been set up in the schools.2. Male coaches are far more than female members, very few full-time, generally, physical education teachers and coaches are mainly in their40s, with higher education, there is a solid sports foundation theoretical knowledge, but there is a certain level of football specific technical defects.3.
