In order to improve Chinese fotball level and to achieve the Football Dream of China that making China the soccer power,the Chinese government promulgated the document about Football-characterisitics school in 2014 and generalized the Football-Ch aracterisitics school in 2015.In this essay,in the method of checking the files and documents,investigating,viewing,consulting and counting,the writer filed up to and talked with the schoolmasters,PE teachers and students of 17 Football-Characterisitics schools and patriarch during 2015 to 2017.The writer analyzed the components of operating football teaching activity in the Football-characterisitics school,realized the development of the football in Puyang,and discussed how to generalize the Football-characterisitics school in Puyang.The results shows as follows:1.The football teacher of Football-characterisitics school in Puyang: the overall age structure is reasonable.70.5% teachers are at the age of 30 s,but the female teachers are only at the share of 6%.17.6% teachers got the undergraduate degree on-the-job training,but the senior teachers are only 17.6% because they are hindered due to other subjects during professional title ranking.The PE teacher are lack of long-term training plan,only 11.7% teachers having the years training plan,and 17.6% tachers have one-year training plan.2.The palygrounds and facilities in the 17 Football-characterisitics schools can meet the needs of students.There are 9 11-people playgrounds,6 7-people playgrounds,and 2 5-people playgrounds.As long as the students can stagger the training time and reasonably use the limited space,the palygrounds and facilities can meet the students' training need.3.The ratio of male and female students of Football-characterisitics schools taking part in football activities,including football training,racing,cheering and showing,is disproportionate.The male students are at the share of 73.9%,and the rest is up to female.4.The participation of the students in the Football-characterisitics schools in Puyang.58.2% students take part in the football one or two times once a week,whereas,only 7.1% students don't take part in football at all.However,the students need to be trained the safety knowledge to avoid physical hurt.Only 31.3% students know the physical safety knowledge,the rest don't know.5.The theroetical class and Big-break are not well implemented in the Football-characterisitics schools in Puyang.There are no theroetical classes in the 58.8% schools.As a result,they cannot teach the students the thereotical knowledge.The schools don't arrange for the students to take part in the football big-break as orders.Only 29% schools arrange 3 times once a week.And this share rise up to 71% when the inspection is going on.The reason why they did this is that the training is simple,the training movement is lack of technical content and innovation.6.Only 17.6% Football-characterisitics schools in Puyang took part in the provincial football match,and no school took part in the national match.This point is a flaw for the fast-developing city,Puyang.Although the special found for the Football-characterisitics school in Puyang is strictly transferred from the central and local governments,the special fund hasn't been totally used in the training and racing,and only 17.7% schools invest more than 15,000,which reduce the training initiatives.
