Study On The Execution Block Of School Physical Education

Policy of school physical education is a code of conduct designed by the government to implement the task and accomplish the aim of school physical education over a period of time. The result of implementing the policy has a direct effect on the task of school physical education. To cope with the steady decline in adolescent physical fitness, China launched Sunshine Sports Activities in December,2006. Education director branches and schools have taken measures to promote the implementation of the policy actively for many years; however, many factors block it and check its implementation effects. The purpose of the thesis is to probe into the factors that block the policy of Sunshine Sports Activities, explore the corresponding solutions and improve the effects of school physical education and adolescent physical fitness. The thesis starts from the debut of the policy of Sunshine Sports Activities, elaborates the nature and meaning of the policy, analyzes the policy implementation, discloses the appearances and expressions of the execution block and probe into the subjective factors, target groups factors, resources factors and security factors. Solutions to the execution block are as follows:to perfect school physical education laws, to strengthen school physical education management, to optimize the allocation of school physical education resources and to establish and perfect the supervision system of the execution of school physical education policy.
