The Research On The Implementation Of The Policy Of School Physical Education In Colleges And Universities In Hebei Province

This study is based on the school sports and social youth physical decline topic background, to started the “hundreds of millions of young students sunshine sports” as themain research clue, using the policy analysis theory, using literature method, survey method(questionnaire method and interview), research methods of mathematical statistics and case analysis, in the macro level, we can grasp the implementation of the policy of school physical education in universities of Hebei Province, in the micro level, we implemented an example of Hebei Normal Sunshine Sports, including three aspects: the preparation for the implementation, implementation process and results of the implementation, we can give some forward suggestions that make the schools sports policy play areal role.The results show that:(1) The sun sports policy publicity is not in place, the public physical education teachersand students understanding of the policy goal and the significance of implementingthe shallow, in the concrete implementation process can not be accurately find their roles;(2) The implementing plan is not perfect is a public physical education teachers andstudents not involved in the formulation and implementation of scheme, if in the implementation process, poor communication, teachers or students have not timely expression,It is easy to cause the execution block, even lead to the failure. Supporting the program on the other hand, implementing scheme cannot follow up, for example, venues, facilities and equipment using the method;(3) Public sports teachers’ sense of responsibility is low. School physical educationpolicy of "Sunshine Sports" learning shallow, it must in the implementation of specificimplementation plan, complete the "share" of the matter, and also to the overallsituation, feedback information timely, so as to tune the implementation plan,(4) The students’ sports values of single. Students in the sports health values win supportamong the people is a gratifying thing, but the values of physical education is not a single, notonly pay attention to sports to bring the value of our health, we should pay more attention to sports bring economic value, spiritual value and social value.(5) Schools ‘supervision has loopholes, the method of supervision and administrationis periodic inspection, which is too single, lack of power of social supervision within theschool.
