This article employs mothods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, interview, mathematical statistical and logical analysis. Test of Xiamen City middle school PE teachers and health providers, including the five dimensions of self-care, health knowledge, lifestyle, mental state and life skills.In order to reflect the health quotient of secondary school physical education teachers in Xiamen. To promote improved health of the Xiamen City middle school PE teachers and improved quality of life. Also provide a reference for government departments to develop and improve the health education policy.The results show that:1) The health quotient of secondary school physical education teachers in Xiamen City, the overall level is not satisfactory. The lowest score in five dimensions, the health dimension of knowledge, only qualified; scores of the other four dimensions are at good levels.2) Male and female teachers in five dimensions of the Health Quotient were not showingsignificant differences, but in the mean scores have their own high and low. Female teachers in self-care, health knowledge and lifestyle score better than male teachers. Male teachers are superior to female teachers in the mental status and life skills.3) Physical education teachers of different ages are significant differences in this dimension of life skills. Increasing with age, life skills are improving.4) The academic secondary school physical education teachers Health Quotient five dimensions of status is not showing significant differences in Xiamen. But with the improvement of education, the score of each dimension of an increasing trend, the higher the degree, the higher the health quotient.5) Different titles in middle school PE teachers there are significant differences in this dimension of life skills. People who have the higher Titles level, life skills scores higher. There are significant differences in senior teachers and teachers of other titles.6) There are significant differences beteew Monthly incomes of secondary school physical education teachers in life skills. The PE teachers in spirit, have shown a good condition with high monthly income.7) In self-care, health knowledge and lifestyle of the three dimensions, there was a significant difference beteew PE teachers and Non-PE teachers. There is no significant difference in mental state and life skills. In view of this, the paper suggests that:Secondary school physical education teachers should be targeted to improve the health quotient weak link is active control of their own healthy basis; Middle school physical education teachers should enrich their own health knowledge; understand the health hazards, to improve the awareness of self-care. Note that nutrition, healthy eating, and to develop good eating habits, dietary patterns to form a scientific. Learn self-regulation, to maintain a good mental state, be good to release pressure decompression to maintain psychological balance. Schools, units to establish a fair evaluation system, attention to sports activities, sports teachers, to encourage all teachers to participate in physical exercise in order to maintain their own health. School leaders should care about the physical and mental health of the physical education teachers; reduce the working pressure of the physical education teachers, life stress, creating a harmonious working atmosphere, so that physical education teachers threw himself into his career.
