| It’s of important theoretical and practical significance on the time management of University Undergraduates. Based on the perspective of the Education and Management, the paper applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, and case analysis to demonstrate the present situation of the University Undergraduates’time management. The main problems of the current University Undergraduates’time management are their unclear aims, unreasonable time schedule, non-scientific distribution of time, etc. The factors of causing these problems are mainly the following aspects:Firstly, it is the internal factor that the personal accomplishment, individual characteristic and individual habits have effects on their time schedule; Secondly, it is the external factor that universities, campus culture, and teachers also have reactions for their time management; Thirdly, family education, companions, and mass media could also produce negative effect on the time management. Because of these factors, the paper offers three improvement measures as follows:First, beginning with the University Undergraduates themselves, help them building up the concept of time management, in order to create a effective time management atmosphere; Second, It is to improve the university system, and play the leading role of campus culture.Finally, it shapes the favorable social environment for undergraduate time management. |
