The Study On The Existing Problems Of Undergraduates' Legal Diathesis And Their Resolving Measures

Legal diathesis of undergraduates is not only an important part of citizens' legal diathesis, but also an important part of personal diathesis of undergraduates. The study on the legal diathesis of undergraduates will expand the area of diathesis education and be of great theoretical significance. To cultivate the legal diathesis of undergraduates plays a significant role in constructing legal country, perfecting market economy, strengthening two civilization constructions and ensuring all-round personal development of undergraduates. This paper firstly discusses the connotation of legal diathesis, and then analyzes the current status of undergraduates' legal diathesis by demonstration and research. The research result shows that the whole status of undergraduates' legal diathesis is generally good, but there are still some existing problems including spare legal knowledge, thin legal sense, weak legal ability, and so on. Reasons to these problems are various including outer reasons such as social factors, educational factors and family factors and internal reasons-undergraduates themselves' factors. Finally this paper proposes measures to improve the legal diathesis of undergraduates: to establish scientific cultivation idea in order to improve the understanding of legal diathesis, to improve classroom teaching methods to enrich the legal knowledge, to build up three-dimensional cultivation environment to enhance the legal sense, to intensify effective practical activities to bring up the legal ability, to found and perfect security system to upgrade the legal diathesis of undergraduates.
