The paper takes time management as the research object, based on the Chinese and foreign's time management theory , through use the documentations , survey procedure, Interview Method to comb the junior middle school teacher's work time management's concept, the characteristic , take ShiMen County's junior middle school teacher as the investigation object, samply inquiry teacher operating time's structure, the length, the density and the difference operating time of the different background's teacher , discovered that the questions in teacher's working time management , and penetrated the time question the representation to further seek for the reason of the teacher's working time management .On condition that the time is limited and teacher's work load is very big , It is an important proposition that the teacher how to rational distribute time to realize the change of the behavior, and then form a new way of living . The paper has made the ponder regarding and based on this proposed the reasonable countermeasure. the teacher's working time management is a new topic, a long-term topic in education, .With the development of the society, the high benefit requests that the teacher operating time the management to need to pursue the work benefit maximization, but the educational work itself humanist objective requests that the teacher operating time the management to need to pay attention to person's development and the demand, only both of them can realize the teacher's working truely, harmonious, the long-time time benefit.
