Time is the carrier of human existence,and it is the foundation of all existence and activity for the individual.Only when we actively manage the time can make life more meaningful.For teachers,the management level of working time produce directly impact on efficiency of work and the overall state of life.Time management of high school teachers refers to the teachers under the time management consciousness and tendency,through the behaviors of teachers'content work which related to time plan,and finally reached the desired goal.Promote they balance the development activities between work and life,recent arrangements and long-term planning.The study about high school teachers' time management helps to find and to solve the problem of time allocation,to use and regulation,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy.At the same time it can improve the teachers' time management effectiveness.On the basis of combing relevant research literature,the author carried out an empirical study on six high school teachers in Tianjin through questionnaires and interviews.The results show that high school teachers generally have good time values and the sense of efficacy,and also have a certain sense of time management.In time allocation can meet the basic requirements of the school.At the same time,there are some problems:first,teachers' understanding of the validity of time is not profound;Second,In terms of time allocation,teachers have insufficient awareness of the overall planning about working hours and professional development and career,and the reality goals can not connected with the future very well.At the same' time,the implementation of the target is affected by the temporary and administrative work of the school.In addition,teachers' lack of mature time definition also lead to the lack of work,which leads to waste of time.Third,in terms of time utilization,teachers have to Adhere to the long working hours and heavy tasks,which are easily to be held back by the task at hand.Most teachers'unconscious and even autonomous overtime has taken over the time of their family life,which has had negative effect on teachers' body and mind.Fourth,in terms of time adjustment ability,Although teachers can strengthen the management of time,but due to lack of effective,scientific and professional guidance,the effects are not ideal.Teachers have less disposable space,so that autonomy can not fully played.All in all,due to the influence and interference of various factors,teachers urgently need to improve the effectiveness of time management.Based on these,this study puts forward the following Suggestions:first,play the role of the school in guiding teachers' time management more fully.Second,improve the effectiveness of teachers' own management time.Third,improve the external environment and create a good basic conditions for teachers to use their time effectively.
