With the continuous improvement of social development speed,the importance of time management has been paid more and more attention,the rational and effective distribution and the method of time use have become an important orientation of modern social activities.Whether you could manage your time resource well is the key to good development.At the same time,how to use the time scientifically and rationally,has become an issue which need more worth discussion.In education,how to arrange and make good use of time in the heavy work is the question which focus on time management.The study mainly used questionnaire to investigate the time management of 200 primary school teachers in Lanzhou.When selecting samples,we used the stratified random sampling method is mainly to investigate the time management tendency and actual time allocation and utilization of primary school teachers.Time management disposition is individual in use time on the way of psychological and behavioral characteristics,is a multi-dimensional and multi-level psychological structure,is also a kind of relatively stable personality traits.Different time management tendency has different influence on the time management behavior and life working habit of different primary school teachers.The time allocation and utilization of teachers are mainly in three forms:teaching time,teaching support time,administration and auxiliary working time.The research results show that the primary school teachers' of Lanzhou overall level of time management disposition is good,in the view of time monitoring dimension was the most outstanding,value sense is the second,self-efficacy is the third.The time management tendency of primary school teachers shows gender difference and educational level difference.There was no statistically significant difference between the schools,but the scores of the reputation school were slightly higher than that of the general school.In terms of actual time allocation,different types of teachers spend different time in teaching.Among them,the higher education level of primary school teachers use more on the allocation of teaching time than the low education level of primary school teachers,the teacher in charge of class speed more time than the teacher who not in charge of class.In terms of teaching support time allocation,urban teachers allocate more time to teaching support than suburban teachers.Compared with the general school,the teachers of the reputation school used more time in teaching support.The level of education for teachers with a bachelor's degree or above is slightly more than that of the education level which below the bachelor's degree.Primary school teachers who serve as head teachers have more time for teaching support than primary school teachers who do not serve as head teachers.Teachers which teach in senior class spend more time than which teach in junior class on teaching support in primary school.In terms of administrative and auxiliary working hours,compared with suburban teachers,urban teachers have more time in administrative and auxiliary work.General school teachers spend more time on administration and ancillary work than reputation school teachers.As the head teacher,the primary school teacher assigned to the administrative and auxiliary work is significantly more than the non-class teacher.Primary school teachers who have been teaching for 3-5 years are on the profession rise,and spend the longest time on administrative and ancillary work.There are three main factors influence the time management of primary school teachers.First,education administrative department is redundant management,the administrative department ACTS to interfere with the daily work of the school,"trace management" formal tendency is serious,squeeze the teacher's working time to hurt education quality.Second,the chaos of school work,the ambiguity of the school's position and principle,the lack of planning and continuity of the whole work.Third,teachers' cognitive level of time management is limited,and teachers'understanding and understanding of time need to be deepened.Fourth,teachers lack the necessary time management strategies and methods,some teachers in the learning time management strategies and methods on the emphasis is not enough,some teachers lack of time management in the practical work of the use of specific methods.In order to improve the time management ability of primary school teachers and improve the application efficiency of time,we can start from the following aspects.First,the administrative department of education needs to "control the degree" and rational management,giving schools and teachers more space and time to reduce unnecessary management.Gradually simplify the management content and grasp the key problems of management.Improve management philosophy,not focus on "trace management".Second,school work should be a reasonable and orderly,in an orderly way,school need to arrange the work schedule and schedule system,formulate feasible work plan,set up the teaching idea,at the same time pay attention to strengthen cooperation and coordination between teachers and departments.Third,teachers need to improve their time management ability and reasonable use of time.Pay attention to the existing teaching time,pay attention to unit time efficiency.Deepen understanding and understanding of time management,learn to use specific time management strategies,and continuously improve my time management ability.
