Survey And Research On The Actuality Of Taekwondo Course In Common

With the development and popularity of Taekwondo to the university, its become one of the most popular sports program. In this paper, course of Taekwondo in five common universities of Hefei city is studied. Different methods are used such as documentation consulting, investigation, statistics and theory analysis. Based on the curriculum theory of Taylor, the status of Taekwondo course in five universities are investigated from the course objectives, course content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. And the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The results will provide reference for the construction, reform and development of Taekwondo course for common university in the theory and practice.The results show that:(1)The Taekwondo course target is clear in university of Hefei, and its show the view of sports of curriculum organizer. But the content is also dominated by sports, and it is slightly less in the fun and the concept of health.(2) Most teachers use conventional teaching methods in course teaching. There are small teachers using modren educational technology to organize teaching.(3)The assessment system of Taekwondo is single, the traditional method is widespread at the teacher evaluation. It is need to be further improved and perfected.(4) The academic of most teacher is undergraduate and low proportion of highly educated.(5)The English level of teachers in knowledge structure is lower, and the research capacity needs to be further improved.
