Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong was come from an international society YMCA. Chinese YMCA od Hong Kong was established in1901. It is a non-governmental organization, and provides various services for the benefit of the community, specially organized for the public to participate in different activities. Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong has been providing various services. Their service target groups include the disabled and disadvantaged groups and the general public. Not only the various clubs, sheltered factories, social centers, dormitories, etc but also they have been established, and set up primary and secondary schools, hotels, camps and other facilities to provide the public with various different services, and encourages members and clients to contribute to the community, service to others.The Hong Kong government supports all kinds of sport association, recreation activities organization through some policy, courts or funding. With the expansion of markets, the numbers of leisure activities organizations are increased. However there are big differences between different companies, such as the quality of the services, the different types of activities, the court, etc. One of the major problems is the management method of the company. Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong is one of the recreational associations in Hong Kong. After years of growing, Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong owns its special structures, rules, management methods.In this paper literature, expert interviews, logical analysis will be used. By studying the famous-for-profit leisure clubs in Hong Kong-YMCA of the management situation, explore their successful experiences and problems in order to broaden the vision of managers; more clearly and easily master the relevant methods to work more efficiently. The others can also expect those management difficulties; refer to other people’s approach to pre-plan for the future problems may occur, in order to lay the foundation for future management. Through research, the paper concluded:Hong Kong Chinese Christian Youth Club the appointment, authorization system and four level management. The advantage is that the club will not be because of duties, money and other problems occur the person in charge of things is difficult to estimate. Conferred and empower employees to the appropriate authority to complete the work, the company’s level of satisfaction and sense of identity employees will also raise. This Make employees more dedicated services for the organization. And through exchange and communication can maintain the operation of the entire organization. But there are still some problems in management, including:1. Member management;2.cannot put all club data synchronization;3.self-promotion is not enough, the source of funding is inadequate;4.Each part-time employees of the club contract cannot be synchronized and so on.Through the YMCA’s management status in the analysis of problems, this paper proposes the following recommendations:1.the establishment of their own information management system to unify the management of the required data collection;2. try to increase with other organizations and institutions to strengthen propaganda;3.expand the funding sources.
