Taekwondo athletes training main task is to play special techniques and tactics, to develop general athletic ability, training Taekwondo athletes psychological quality and improving the basic quality of movement.This paper attempts to Taekwondo athletes training for the technical and tactical characteristics of cut, take secondary school affiliated with Beijing Sport University Taekwondo athletes as the research object and take some coaches and experts in Taekwondo for the survey. Use literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, video analysis, tracking research and mathematical statistics methods such as analysis, sums up the young taekwondo athletes technical and tactical features, hope to provide some guide for coaches.The results show that:1the main tasks of technical training of Taekwondo athletes are as follows:strengthening the basic technology training and learning difficult technical movement action; strengthening technical movements of the special strength and special speed training; improving the technical skills and training of action of technical style.2the main tasks of tactical training of Taekwondo athletes are as follows: to cultivate good tactical awareness, sets up the correct tactical guiding ideology, rich tactical knowledge and proficiency in a variety of tactics. Always focus on the practical application, improve in a complicated game of reasonable skilled flexibly using tactics ability.3the main methods of technical training of Taekwondo athletes are as follows:slow, fast repetition practice law; with agility, footwork practice law; play target practice law; air strike to practice law; conditions of actual practice law and actual practice law. 4the main methods of tactical training of Taekwondo athletes are as follows:assumptions training method; Cooperate with training; games analysis training method; simulation training method; conditions of combat training method and Actual combat game training method.5Most experts both technique features and combining with taekwondo training their own rules of teenagers body, using two-cycle training arrangements. This can not only reduce the young athletes physiological and psychological load, but also deal with the conflict between training and learning.6the training time of Taekwondo athletes:basic training phase the training time for each lesson is1~2hours, the initial training phase specific training for each class time is2~2.5hours; basic training phase the number of training sessions per week for7~9times the initial training phase specific number of training sessions per week for the9to11; basic training phase the number of annual training for the310~340times the initial training phase specific number of annual training for the340~370times.
