As we all known, teacher career requires not only professional knowledge andskills but also experiences, different from the astronauts which attach important totechnical. Professional growth of novice teachers with the speed of a direct impact onthe future development of the entire teaching career, thus reducing the growth ofnovice teacher time for professional development is significant. Novice high schoolteachers, faced with the enormous pressure, face a unique group of students, whileshouldering the expectations of parents and leaders, the challenge in teaching isrelatively large. In addition, the current status of high school teacher education is notoptimistic, and some high school teachers and even resentment. To improve theeffectiveness and relevance, the key is to understand the real need of novice highschool teachers, this paper attempts to do case studies.However, how is the degree of novice high school teacher professionaldevelopment? What is their professional growth needs? Based on these, this studythrough questionnaires, in-depth interviews and observation, the professional growthof novice teachers come to school the internal demand, combined with social policeson teacher quality requirements, as well as experts on teacher professionaldevelopment, helping improve its effectiveness and relevance, to maximize thepromotion of the professional development of novice teachers.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter of introduction, conciseintroduction to the origins of the study, research questions, research purpose,significance and innovation, as well as important concepts of define. Chapter2is aliterature review, systematic introduction to the professional development of teachersand novice teacher professional development in recent years research situation;Chapter3of the questionnaire survey and analysis of depth interviews, the schoolserved as a demand for teacher professional development within the survey analysis.Chapter4for the novice teacher professional growth of the external requirements, therequirements for teachers of social policy, laws and knowledge of experts andscholars of related requirements. Chapter5is curriculum design, systematicintroduction to the theoretical basis for curriculum design, curriculum design ideasand framework, the growth of novice teachers learning these there parts. Chapter6isfor the conclusion of the study and reflection, a brief summary of the findings of thisstudy, on how to increase and improve the novice high school teacher professionaldevelopment courses related to follow-up study designed to put forward somesuggestions and ideas.
