One nation can’t develop without education; Education’s development isinseparable from the development of the teachers. The teachers’ professionaldevelopment is the prerequisite of promoting educational development. SinceSeptember2009, Inner Mongolia autonomous region has opened the newcurriculum reform in high school, between the thoughts and educationalteaching methods have put forward a higher request to the teachers’professional quality. In order to adapt to the needs of social development inthe new curriculum reform, the author based on Hailer Experimental highschool which was built less than ten years. In view of the Hailer Experimentalhigh school teachers’ current condition, combining the actual work, the authorcarried out a series of investigations, research and made some measures whichhad been executed in order to achieve the actual effect. This paper mainlystates the restricted factors of teachers,for example teacher’s growth factor,the role of teachers functions,Teacher’s learning which are explored topromote the role of teacher development,and then analyze advantages anddisadvantages which had been found in the course of solvingproblems.Finally some methods which proved to be effective and feasiblehad been concluded. Through some theories the author fully clarified school’sresponsibility in teachers’ professional development in the practical work,how to strengthen the enforcement of Dean’s office, how to strengthen themonitoring on each link of teaching, try to balance the subject construction ofteaching group, in order to strengthen the construction of teaching andresearch group in the role of teachers’ professional development. This paperdemonstrates scientific research department’s guidance function preliminarily,which ensure the teachers participate effectively in school-based research,refine collective lesson preparation, at the same time, strengthen the continuing education of teachers’ professional quality training, offer a widerange of different teacher training mode. At the same time, this paper discussthe effect about how to improve the teachers’ Youth Project in the school,provide network platform to realize that education resource has been shared,improvement of Informationization teaching ability of teachers. Through theresearch, the author explores about teachers’ professional beliefs、professionalknowledge and culture、theory and practice of teachers’ education teaching、teachers’ autonomous learning、the harmonious relationship between teachersand students for bilateral development which influence the internal drivingforce of teachers’ self-development, aiming at the specific situation of theschool to find the effective way to cultivate teachers, and work for the localadministrative department of teachers training to provide reference andconsultation. Some practices have the specific implementation, and some ofthese have been approved by the local authorities and spread in Hailer.
