After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,economic and cultural in China is thriving,comprehensive national strength is unprecedented.However,the author found that the adequacy of these external conditions is not directly proportional to the ability of resisting frustration among senior high school students;on the contrary,their ability to cope with frustration under comfortable living conditions is weak,comprehensive quality is not strong,resulting in a worrying problem as frustration education of senior high school students.How to improve the ability of senior high school students to resist setbacks has become the focus of social concern,but also brings new challenges to the main carrier of frustration education – political lessons in senior high school.Under this background,the author takes three senior high schools as an example to analyze the problems and causes of frustration education about high school students in Xinyang city,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this paper has reviewed the domestic and foreign literatures about frustration education of senior high school students,summarized the existing research achievements,and laid the theoretical foundation for the thesis.Secondly,the concept of frustration education of senior high school students is defined broadly and narrowly,and the content of frustration education of senior high school students is divided into academic frustration,interpersonal frustration and emotional frustration.Thirdly,this article takes the students and teachers of three senior high schools in xinyang city as the object of the survey,and analyzes the main frustrations of senior high school students in Xinyang city on the basis of the questionnaires,discusses the relationship between political lessons and frustration education,holds that political lessons provide ideological and theoretical guidance for senior high school students,and expand the way of frustration education for senior high school students.At the same time,frustration education enriches the content of political lessons in senior high school;political lessons in senior high school are the necessary carrier of frustration education in senior high schools.Finally,this paper summarizes the main problems of the senior high school students 'frustration education in Xinyang city by using the ABC theory of frustration,and analyzes the reasons for its formation.On this basis,the author believes that we should strengthen political in senior high school and enhance the anti-frustration ability of high school students.Includingmastering psychological characteristics of senior high school students dealing with the setbacks,turning education of frustration to foster education,actively carrying out practice activities of frustration education in political courses,improving the prevention,effectiveness and professionalism of frustration education in political lessons,exploring new methods of political lessons frustration education,and so on,improving the level of frustration education in a full range,so as to promote the development of high school students' comprehensive quality in Xinyang city.
