Purpose:To make a single shot on the shoulder,which is the basis of all shooting techniques,and an important symbol to measure whether a player's basic skills are solid.In addition,according to statistics,a regular international competition between players and players have about 350 physical confrontation.The more the number of confrontation,the higher the risk of violation of the human will,the number of free throws players.This study by 8 members of the Xi'an Physical Education University basketball athletes gingle handed shooting this action(throws)research,this study aims to explore the action of basketball players gingle handed shooting process,find out the basketball athlete in the shooting process on lower limb joints in the kinematic parameters of the law well,the order,the shooting process force of muscle discharge duration and iEMG size of the data,in the teaching practice and training in peacetime for athletes skilled use of shooting techniques to provide reference for the theory.Methods: 1,literature and data,through reading relevant literature on the basis of this study,significance,purpose,methods of information related to a more detailed induction and synthesis.2 experimental method,based on the use of surface EMG telemetry instrument with high speed camera on the combination of the test rules of muscle force in the process of shooting shooting in one hand shoulder muscle discharge sequence and iEMG of size.By using the high-speed camera system,the angle range,angular velocity and extension time of the main motion joint were measured,and the regularity was found out.3 mathematical statistics,the use of OFFICE,Excel and other software on the measured data for the average and standard deviation processing and calculation.Result:1.,according to the stage of the experimental movement,the holding time of the ball holding stage is 0.68 s,and the ball shooting stage takes 0.36 seconds.The ball holding procedure takes more time than the ball release phase.2.in the course of shooting,the biggest change in joint angle is the elbow joint is 61.76 degrees,and the smallest is the hip joint is 15.13 degrees.The average angular velocity is the maximum elbow joint of 172.2 degrees /s,the smallest is hip joint 14.5 degrees /s,the joint extension time is the most elbow joint is 0.36 s.3.in the whole single hand shoulder shooting process,the first discharge is the left and right leg of the rectus femoris,left leg,gastrocnemius muscle,and finally discharge is triceps muscle.The order of muscle discharge is: left and right leg,rectus femoris,left and right leg,gastrocnemius muscle,deltoid muscle,biceps brachii muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle,abdominal rectus muscle and triceps muscle.4.in the holding stage,the main muscles of the lower limb are the left leg,the gastrocnemius muscle,the left leg,the rectus femoris,and the main muscle of the upper limb,the deltoid muscle and biceps brachii muscle.When the ball is out,the main muscles of the lower limbs are the left and right legs,the gastrocnemius muscle,the upper limb is deltoid muscle and triceps muscle.Conclusion:1.,the order of the technique of shooting in situ,one handed and shoulder shooting is bottom-up.In the shooting process,the lower limb measured muscle first force,power from top to bottom pass,the upper arm triceps finally force,complete the whole shooting process.2.in the whole shooting process,the muscles of the lower limb,the left and right leg muscles continue to exert the longest and exert more force,which is the main working muscle of the lower limb.The muscles of the upper limb,the deltoid and triceps,are more powerful and are the dominant muscle in the upper limb.3.in the shooting process,compared with other measured joints,the elbow joint has the characteristics of the largest average angular velocity,the largest joint angle extension and the shortest extension time.4.gingle handed shooting in the process,the hip joint angular velocity and joint changes are minimal,it is connected to the human upper extremity of each joint center area,maintain the relative stability of the hip joint in the shooting process,there is conducive to the stability and continuity of the action process of action.
